Our last day of painting outdoors consisted of us being scattered at different locations due to the fact the we each had different paintings to complete or different inspirtations aquired from the various locations we visited. I decided to try the sunflower fields. They were beautiful, but located on the edges of some fairly busy roads with not much of a shoulder. So, I decided to venture down one of the tractor trails and hope that I did not end up face-to-face with some emourmous tractor. For me, I was more inspired by the individual plants than the overall views and that lead me to focus upon a single plant. As a result of running out of most of my green pastel sticks, I experimented with my color scheme and replaced the greens with blues, blue-greens, and purples.
